AI Product Engineer

THE ROLE

Take ideas from model capability to product behaviour. You’ll build services and integrations, work with design on user-facing features, and help establish the evaluation and reliability practices behind our first product.

  • Build services and data flows that connect model capabilities with product features.
  • Work with design to turn product requirements into complete, usable experiences.
  • Create evaluation cases, automated tests, and monitoring that make quality visible.
  • Investigate latency, unexpected outputs, and failure paths; improve how the product responds.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools with review, testing, and clear ownership of the result.

What you bring

Experience shipping software, practical familiarity with model APIs or AI features, and the judgement to explain trade-offs. We value people who can move from an ambiguous problem to a clear, tested implementation.

Product Designer

THE ROLE

Make an evolving AI capability understandable and useful. You’ll shape journeys, interactions, and interface details, working closely with engineering and our founding team from early concepts through implementation.

  • Make room for review and user decisions in AI-assisted interactions.
  • Design feedback for waiting, partial outputs, uncertainty, and errors.

  • Refine designs as feedback and technical constraints become clearer.
